At TC Tumblers and More, we carefully prepare and package every order so your items arrive ready to enjoy.
Processing time
Please allow 2–4 weeks for custom and made-to-order items before shipping, unless a different timeframe is stated in the product listing.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Selecting faster shipping does not shorten the time needed to create your custom item.
Ready-to-ship items, maker supplies, and pre-orders follow any processing or shipping timeframe stated in their listings.
If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss availability.
Shipping rates and delivery
Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are displayed at checkout.
Shipping transit time begins after the carrier receives your package and is separate from processing time. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, and other disruptions may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with an updated shipping date and the options required by applicable law.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update its tracking information.
Shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible after an order has shipped.
If a package is returned because of an incomplete or inaccurate address, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.
Delayed, missing, or damaged packages
If your package is delayed or missing, please check its tracking information and contact us for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged, keep the item and packaging and email us your order number and photos so we can review the issue. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
